Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking is secured through payment of a non-refundable fee of $500. Thereafter, flexible monthly instalments are payable and the full package fee plus a US$200 refundable deposit for breakages should be paid up 1 month prior to the function date.
  2. Refunds or discounts will not be availed for not making use of services and items in Section 1. Items in Section 2 can be hired as extras to upgrade the package.
  3. Prices are subject to change without notice during inflationary periods.
  4. The PA System is to be provided only by our in-house provider and the price is determined by your requirements, ranging between $300 to $1000, including DJ and transport. No bands are allowed due to the noise levels permissible in our neighbourhood.
  5. Please liaise with our reception staff for our recommended vendors (service providers) and their prices; however, you are free to bring your own.
  6. Ingredients for the chosen menu, including all sundries, will be supplied by the client. The shopping list will be provided when at least ⅓ of the total bill has been paid. In the event that guests exceed the expected number, charges will accrue to the client.
  7. Please note that we are not able to offer evening functions. Our operating hours are 8 AM - 5 PM
